Description
This thermal conductive tape combines a thin adhesive layer with a thermally conductive carrier for fixed joints where space and fastener weight are limited. It is intended for machined surfaces that can maintain consistent contact pressure through the product life.
The tape format simplifies placement and can reduce the number of mechanical parts in a battery module or power supply assembly. Surface energy, cleanliness, cure schedule, and service access all need to be confirmed before production release.
Use this product when a thin bond line is more important than gap filling. For uneven gaps or high compression recovery, compare the silicone gap pad range instead.
